I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The room had everything we needed and offered a great view of the city and the river, despite being a bit cramped for two people. The service was fantastic, except for one minor incident. The location was ideal for my activities, although some parts were not perfect. The hotel rooms were large and very comfortable, looking over the river valley with such a good view. However, the check-in experience was challenging but eventually resolved. The service was terrible and not helpful at all. The location was fabulous, close to various attractions but lacking adequate parking.
